A trick while driving with the sun behind you

Today the sun was reflecting off the passenger mirror. I offered to rotate it down but since we were going 75 on a busy interstate my wife declined. I thought for a moment, pushed the button on the end of the turn signal stalk to use the camera on the mirror, and rotated it down. No sun in her face and a clear view of that lane.
 
With HondaHack, there's an option to bind one of the steering wheel buttons to show the backup camera on the center display. I bound mine to the voice prompt button and use it when I pull into a parking spot so I can drive forward while monitoring the parking lines.
