A survey of all the surveys on this forum: Seems to have one every month

At periodic intervals, we have a posting on these forums asking for a survey on something or the other. Not sure how the information provided is actually used (that is why I am a little cautious about them). May be there should be some guidance, stating that all surveys should have clear information on sponsor, how data is handled and secured, and how the results of these studies will be shared etc.

To be fair, I've been paid both times the surveys included me.
