I charge my 2023 AWD ID 4 90% at home and to 100% almost daily .
thats 43K miles in 13 Months driving Uber. I think at least with the IF 4 on the SKi battery we can dismiss the "dont charger to 100% " I've always charged to 100% even 3 years with my Bolt.
Probably a bit harder on the Bolt since it had no buffer/low or top end. The ID 4 has 5kW buffer . Pretty hard to hurt the battery with that much buffer charging 220v/ 7-11amps.
DCFC is another story , more like simply because you heat the battery up so much during the first 80% of charge. That said charge speeds so slow after 85% you dont want to be sitting at a DCFC anyway's , 80-85% get back on the road
