04 Mini Cooper A/C Issues

2004 Mini Cooper S with 144k miles has been blowing ambient temperatures whether the A/C button is on or not since I got the car at 135k miles.

The system is holding pressure, and I can see the ac compressor clutch engage when I turn the A/C on inside of the car.

I am not seeing any damage to the condenser or any of the lines.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
