loose wire

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced trouble with your turn signals. Bought my PHEV Touring in March. A couple of times in the first three months it seemed like the turn signal wires just got crossed. I turned the right signal on, the camera came on, no problem. I moved the stalk back...
