kona electric cold weather range

Like you, the car hasn't given me a minute's trouble (only 13000km though). I wonder if we're operating them slightly differently from the folks that have had problems??? You and I live in places where it doesn't ever get desperately cold. I wonder if the freezing cold is the issue?
