honda link

My Honda link has quit working. When I look at the EV miles it is completely blank. If I try to turn on climate control it says unable to communicate with vehicle.

It has been several months since the odometer reading on Honda Link has updated. I tried re-booting the tablet but no change. I'm not concerned . but curious what could be causing the issue.

I have now turned ON remote climate turn ON schedule on Hondalink due to cold temperature outside. I see that some time it works and some time it does not. It has been happen two times now that I got a message " It was unsuccessful" I restarted my phone and still problem is not solved. Any...
