    I know battery temps are important and battery level as well, but what are the conditions? I have a 2021 Kona and according to sites it says "Fastcharge Power (max) 77 kW DC" I have a hard time getting over 50 kw let alone 77kw. A few days ago i plugged into a 50kw charger and was at 8%...

    Kona Electric DC fast charge speed

    Not all DC fast charging is equal. Apparently, the Hyundai Kona Electric (64 kWh) can handle a 72 kW flow. Compare that to the Chevy Bolt's 50 kW ability. It looks like it begins to taper off that speed after 55% full. At 80%, the flow is tapered to 25 kW.
