charging port door

I'm having this issue where I can't lock the charging port door on the front of my 2019 Kona EV. Originally, I couldn't get it open and I was running out of juice. I tried pulling that little cable under the hood but that didn't help. So, I wedged my fingers under the door and pulled it open...
