100kwh

Just lucked into a 2023 Kona Ev. Can I safely use Level 3 DC chargers that are rated at more than 100kwh? The car is rated to max at 100kwh, but I don't know if, for example, it (or the charger) will safely downgrade a 300kwh charger.
