    Yellow mirror cap stolen :(

I agree it's likely a stupid teenager but that doesn't make me any less annoyed. Called parts and confirmed the replacement comes primed and ready to paint, paint job would be a separate thing. Tough one to swallow...

    Yellow mirror cap stolen :(

Unfortunately one (?!) of my 2022 SE's yellow mirror caps was stolen last night - searching this forum I saw that MINI does not sell these caps. Any idea if that is true for replacements as well (and is there anybody out there looking to sell their yellow caps?)

    Charging (In)Efficiency

Interesting - do you have a better way of accurately identifying kWh used? Lots of people are exporting the charge history and backing into mi / kWh by multiplying miles driven / (% used * 28.9)

    Tires (Summer/Winter/All-Season)

I put on the Pirelli Cinturato P7 A/S Plus II tires - liking the way they drive, hoping the range improves with break-in. My efficiency has taken a huge hit but still in the first 100 miles on the new tires. (Bottom row is with the stock Hankook's, top 3 are with the new Pirelli's). Almost all...

    Tires (Summer/Winter/All-Season)

I'm one of those people looking for all season tires for now, as much as I'd like to have a dedicated set of summers and winters (maybe in the future when I have more storage space...). Have been reading through this thread and a few other forums and am finding some mixed reviews, so far am...

    Tires (Summer/Winter/All-Season)

Any highway driving in those 40 mi?! Any comparison to the stock tires? 5 mi/kWh seems extremely high

Delivery Spreadsheet - Let's Track These Inbound SEs

Actually, are you sure about that? It doesn't look like there's any distinction between PHEVs and EVs, it's written as if 1) any "plug-in electric" qualifies for $4k, and then any "plug-in electric" with a battery over 40kWh AND a gas tank under 2.5gal (including no gas tank) qualifies for the...

Delivery Spreadsheet - Let's Track These Inbound SEs

Here's the updated version released today, currently still in the Senate. https://www.finance.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/12.11.21%20Finance%20Text.pdf Page 509 covers the credit amount (unchanged from previous version, $4k base and $3.5k for 40kWh battery and <2.5gal Page 528 has the relevant...

Delivery Spreadsheet - Let's Track These Inbound SEs

Jeez, that's giving me (very slim) hope on beating 12/31. Might be $3500 hanging in the balance...

Anyone find an ETA for arrival in NYC?

Don't buy the Mini EV if you need to drive in snow.

Interesting - what do folks in snowy climates do, buy the car and immediately swap tires? I’d be picking up ~100 mi away from home in upstate NY in January…

Don't buy the Mini EV if you need to drive in snow.

What stock tires come on the Mini SE? I'm potentially taking delivery in the middle of winter in tne Northeast, trying to find information about the stock tires (16" wheels if that makes a difference).
