Were you in Utility Mode? It's my understanding that if you use Utility Mode to run accessories, it uses your drive battery and saves the 12 volt battery. So far, it's worked for me in my 2021 Kona EV.

Plugshare doesn't show a problem. I've charged at Level 3 chargers before and no problem. I've tried all my charging cards and credit cards. No luck. And the EV Box website is useless. Thanks for the suggestions.

I just ran into an EV Box public charger and my Kona won't connect to it. Does anyone have any ideas re how these Chargers work? I have no problems connecting to any other charging stations.

Thank you for asking this question. You saved me a trip to the dealer and lots of grief over why mu 2021 Kona Ultimate was experiencing a problem. Love the video of the explanation of all the buttons and all of the presenter's videos.
