I have done all of this myself, and $245 for A017 seems like a good price to me.

I just had my windshield replaced for $520, including $21 for NYS annual vehicle inspection. It is an aftermarket windshield, and looks good. I had a price of $300, but I could not get the company to schedule installation with me.

The dealer prices are steep. I have a 2019 Clarity Touring and just came up on the A017 code. The dealer had a special of $129 on brake fluid replacement which i had done. I rotate the tires myself because I have a full size spare that I purchased used and installed the same tire as the other four. The dealer will not rotate spare tires so I just do it myself. Most of my miles are in EV mode so I will change oil when I reach 36k miles. I have already done 4 oil changes with the dealer.

Same here, my A017 service at 28K miles cost $245 in 2021. Nothing major maintenance, just 3 blown tires on OEM Michelin Energy and replacement is $250-290 each! Now, changed all 4 of them at 32K miles to Michelin Pilot (45K miles warranty) for $900 at Costco in 2022.
$180 battery changed by AAA at almost 4 yrs mark.

2018 base model bought in late December 2018, 44k miles. Oil changes as required by maintenance minder, brake fluid as required by MM. Original 12V battery and original tires still fine although I’ll need new tires soon. No other maintenance except for new batteries in both key fobs last year.
