Got mine yesterday! Good fit. Amazing Weathertech quality as always (I put in every car). I just need to find the right thing for the trunk... I see some people have the Hyundai branded mat. That the best thing?

I bought the $65 Kona cargo mats, but when I saw the price of the OEM front and rear floor mats, I said WHOA... Shortly after we got our car in May, the wife and I were in Canadian Tire, and she pointed to an isle clearance rack, where they had a set for $16. Looked OK, or like any other floor mats, so decided to try them, hard to go wrong at that price. Took them home, and to my surprise, fitted almost perfectly. Length and width was good, and just needed some minor trimming to fit around a couple protrusions, etc. Rear floor mats fit perfect without any trimming. Even was able to reuse the old OEM front cloth mat floor fasteners, just drilled/cut out holes in the new mats at the right locations. Unless someone looked really close, don't think anyone would ever tell the difference between these and the expensive OEM ones. Only thing missing is the Hyundai Kona logo.
[QUOTE=". i didnt use any of the supplied cclips as for me it all fit night an tight Likewise; I didn't use/need any of the clips either [/QUOTE]
The mats work great, tough to get the clips in and out, fit and cover is great They wash up easy and dry fast. I don't know if Amazon have a cheaper kind.
These have worked fine for me - $38 https://insideevsforum.com/community/index.php?threads/tux-mats-for-hyundai-kona-ev-available-now.4921/#post-54892
I have them in front and in the boot. The boot tray gets lifted out every few days to be shaken out. The front ones have been vacuumed and washed in place but never removed. When I get around to that it will be fairly easy because I used only one clip on each edge. They're a good product for sure.
I love mine so far! They have protected my Kona’s carpet on a handful of occasions. I’ve had no issues removing the front or trunk mats easily. As far as cleaning them, a quick spray with the hose has cleaned them up nicely. I highly recommend them.
That is good to here, I was kinda leaning towards the maxpider mats mostly because of the clip situation with tuxmat and I pretty much like to take out my mats for a hose down at least every couple of weeks in the winter. I see Costco.ca online sells phantom mats that look like they are made by the same folks that make tuxmat.
I didn’t use any clips on the front or trunk mats as they fit snugly without them. I used 1 clip on the rear mat halfway along the top that ticks under the back seat.
Maxpider 3D included video review in my original post. OEM kona ones look identical, had to get them since 3D wasn't available. Just sprayed down the other day with water, dirt blasted off
