Another of Elon's pronouncements. Not sure if it is really around the corner or his usual mixing some facts with fiction and wishful thinking

A new Tesla model unveiling is around the corner, this time in the pickup category.

A late-July tweet by Elon Musk, the company’s CEO, suggests it could happen as early as September. Musk claims the new Tesla TSLA, +1.76% electric pickup truck, dubbed “Model P,” will be “better” than the best-selling Ford F, +0.55% F-150 “in terms of truck-like functionality, and … a better sports car than a standard [Porsche] 911.” (Porsche, which is coming out with a Tesla Model S challenger, is a subsidiary of Volkswagen VWAGY, +0.14% VLKAF, +0.64%. )

Haha, Like all of Tesla's cars the Pickup will be half baked and a Beta product with specs it can never meet. We can see for the Model X towing that Tesla's latest Tech (raven) is no good for towing as the range with only 5K lbs is about 100 miles (useless) F150 does not even break a sweat towing 5K lbs, lets shoot for 12K lbs and lets see the range while towing, an F150 is about 200 miles with that load. Tesla's tech has also been proven to be terrible off road, beat by a VW Toureg, no less.

Yeah, you keep coming up with one absurd idea after another for why Tesla cars are terrible, and to prove just how bad you think they are, you pretend to have bought one.

The mendacity is strong in this one!
