We have those options on the other car and I am the only one that uses the heated seats. My wife doesn't like them and we have used the ventilated seats a handful of times. I was not worried about getting those things. I wanted the safety features and the smart cruise control. The only thing I wish I had is the auto dimming rear view mirror with homelink. The parking sensors are nice but with the camera it is not necessary.
I am taking video of replacing the headlights and side marker lights. To access the map, courtesy and dome lights you just pop them off. Use a plastic pry tool or put some tape over the tip of a flat head screwdriver. If you look in the manual under lights it shows you where to stick in the screwdriver to pop them off.

They are the cloth leather combo. The cloth is really nice and I think the seats are really comfortable.
I will post the video as soon as I can get around to editing it and posting.

The lights I got from Amazon. You have to look for the ones that have the led's in the proper spot. I will get some links for you and edit this post with them. Give me a little while as I am not home right now.

I think I have led reading lights, do these look the same as yours?

Yes those are led's. Those are harder to get into than the headlights!

Thanks for the video, I dont see a link for the side marker lights? What was the wattage that worked? The ones you linked are 1.2 watt.

Quick leasing question (if you don't mind): I'm looking into leasing a Niro like yours, and I was wondering, since you said you got a certain amount of incentives, did they lower your capitalized cost by the full $7500 federal tax credit as part of those incentives?

I know that not all manufacturers will reduce the capitalized cost by the full amount of the federal tax credit (some won't do it at all), but if Kia does, that gives me yet another reason to seriously consider the Niro.

Yes that is exactly what happened. I ended up with $8400 in incentives. It was the $7500 tax credit instantly cause it was a lease, $500 in Memorial Day cash, a $100 from the dealer and then something else I can’t remember right now. It came right off the msrp of the car

Nice! Thanks for the info. The closest Niro EVs from where I live are in Maryland, which is still 250 miles or so away, so it might yet be a while before I can try one and maybe lease one, but it sounds like a much better deal now.
