Rivian has announced that it is adopting the Tesla North American Charging Standard (NACS) and will gain access to the Tesla Supercharger network as soon as Spring on 2024. Owners will need to use an adaptor at Superchargers when they get access. In 2025, Rivian will add a native NACS charging port to its vehicles. The upcoming R2 vehicles will have NACS natively installed from start of production (SOP).
