That data is on the Vehicle Data tab on the spreadsheet. That way we don't have to enter it for every BPC entry for each vehicle.

    Please Help!

A few of us have not been able get the 2.01.54 beta on our Android devices even though our AP200 serial numbers have been approved for the download. At this time all four of us have 32 bit Android devices and it may be necessary to have a 64 bit Android device to download the beta. So, we are asking those of you who are successfully able to use the beta to post here if you have a 32 bit android device. If anyone can successfully run the beta on a 32 bit Android device, then we know our problem is not related to the 32/64 bit difference. Also, it would be helpful to know of anyone else that has been unsuccessful in getting the beta to download so that we can add those persons to our more private conversation thread.

It is easy to check to see if your Android device is 32 bit or 64 bit. Run the MaxiAP200 app. From the main screen, pick "Me" from the bottom tabs. Then pick Settings and then About. The screen will show a Build ID. If the Build ID ends in _32, the Android device is 32 bit. If the Build ID ends in _64, the Android device is 64 bit.

Post here if you have the beta running on a 32 bit device or if you cannot get the beta to run (32 bit or 64 bit). Thanks!

Be thankful, @JohnT, you're not in either the 32-bit category or the non-working category. Am I one of only two forum members in both categories?

Success. Got mine to work fine - shows 2.01.54. Battery capacity shows 51.9 Ah with 19,600 miles on a 2018 Touring (manufacture 3-2018). Approximately 11,825 miles electric, 7,775 miles gas.

I cannot get the update to operate on a 32-bit phone. (Old LG has 64-bit hardware, running 32-bit.)
Looks like Honda version does not go to Beta.

Please respond to @leop's question in a separate conversation that I just sent to all the Beta users.

I'm going to add my data point. There is a small (but possible) chance that it is calculating it correctly (after reading a lot about telsa and nissan experiences) -which would be great.

Question: What is BC Max %? I was going to ask if there were places to report more interesting data as I've been doing a lot of exploring and experimenting. Good to see that the sheet has places for some of it! I'll try to add to it and see if there is any deviation with my car.

Though I still would like to know if there is a place to report interesting information. For instance, I've found that below around 11 degrees C reading of the battery temperature sensors the clarity will reduce the current drawn from a L2 EVSE to around 20 amps. Above 13 degrees, the coolant system will start to run.

    @alter
Your data point was already there, someone must have added it based on an earlier post.
It didn't have any details however. I suggest you get rid of the other one once you have your data entered...

I had added the earlier one. I deleted it.

I don't know what the BC Max % is. Cash Traylor had asked us to start reporting info we could get from Car Scanner and this was one of the numbers.

You can right - click on a cell and add a comment. That is probably the best place to report interesting information like you described. Select your username on the sheet, right - click, select Comment, and then add your info.

Any updates on the second batch of serials? I just unpacked and installed everything, only see 2.03 fw.

    My app shows 64bit

Sorry - I posted this a few days ago (on 3/11 BUT TO THE WRONG THREAD). It belongs here
    *************************************************************************************************************

I wanted to provide an update for those who are waiting for authorization to use the Beta code.
I initially sent a batch of 18 serial numbers to Autel on 3/2. I received a reply on 3/3 that those users were authorized.

Meanwhile, I had heard from 4 more:
    ajzwilli
    JustAnotherPoorDriver
    Nutven
    Ohliuw

I sent these serial numbers to Autel on 3/3. By 3/7, I had not heard back, and I had received 5 more requests.
So, on 3/7 I re-sent the above 4 again, plus these 5 new ones:
    bpratt
    Ray B
    Hazem Abu Asab
    Dan Albrich
    ptcr00

As of now (3/11) I have not heard anything from Autel about these 9 users.
It is surprising to get a 1-day response initially, and now it has been a little over a week with no response on the additional users.

I have no alternative but to just wait some more. If another week goes by with no response, I'll send the list of 9 again.
I just wanted everyone to know that action as taken, but nothing seems to be happening. I will immediately let you know if I hear anything from Autel.

No problem, I would give them a couple of more weeks, after which it goes back to PA.

You might want to mention that people are considering returning the devices to the retailer as their return period will expire soon ;) maybe this will get them moving

On a side note - how do you generate those full reports that you attached? I run full auto diagnostics scan, and It only reported on the error codes (the frozen windshield impacting the LKAS), but nothing showing the stuff in the reports that you had attached

The reports are not generated by the diagnostic scan, but rather by going into each of the different "modules" and selecting "Live Data".

I finally decided, not being a patient person, to purchase the Vgate iCar Pro BLE4.0 from Amazon for $29. I installed the free Carscanner app on my phone and just got a reading of 51.94. Not bad for a Clarity that was manufactured on 10/'17 and purchased on 12/30/2017. I only have 13,500 miles on it with 11,000 EV and 2,500 HV.

Did Autel actually say that 64 bit Android systems are needed for the beta? Or, is that an assumption based on our data that shows only 64 bit Android systems work with the beta?

Is MrFixit again able to get and run the beta?

Yes... Autel actually said it !!
Here is a quote from their email this morning:

"Sorry for my delay, now these tools should be ready to download. And I think your phone is not Andriod 64bit one, correct? V2.01.54 only works for Andriod 64bit platform"

    Now we have official confirmation.
Mine is still out of commission (I do have a 64-bit), so I asked him to re-confirm my serial number.
