I'd heard a few anecdotes from Bolt EV owners seeing higher range projections after having had the battery replaced. I thought it might just be a matter of it not having been driven and given an optimistic reading. But, @Tom Moloughney just did a before and after 70-mph range test and appears to have gotten a notably better result with the new battery. https://insideevs.com/reviews/577607/chevy-bolt-battery-replacement-range-test/
The new battery is bigger than the old one in my 2017 Bolt EV, so yes... expected. I saw an immediate improvement in range.
D'oh! I realized this was the deal when I read the post a couple days ago, but this most important part of the equation slipped my mind as I posted about it just now.
