Ordered my R1S 11/11/20 and configured. I find the 1S 5 seater exceeds my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in all measurements and capabilities. I need, but haven't seen, option or cost for factory towing receiver and wiring to pull my boat and roof rails for my car top carrier but I'm hopeful these will be revealed soon. I also would like the 180kwh to max range when towing, knowing it will be impacted by weight. Anybody heard or seen anything about these options?
I'm also waiting/hoping to hear about the tow package. They've proven that towing is completely doable, but no specs for buyers yet. We also wished the largest battery pack was available for the first round of releases; apparently that got pushed to 2022, unfortunately. At least for the R1T, I guess for the R1S as well.
@MarcyB Emailed customer service and they told me all 1S and 1T will come with 2" receiver and 7 pin wire plug enabling trailer brakes.
