Hello all, I have a 2020 Kia Niro EV. I have used the usb slot to play music from countless times with no issues. I have just tried again and the only thing the player does it shuffle from title to title. No music plays. It is a FAT32 and the songs in MP3. Each song is loaded directly to the thumb drive without being in another folder. Any idea what may be wrong. I have tried 2 brand new thumb drives and the result is always the same.
