Isn’t incoming and outgoing mileage noted on your receipt?

I agree. Those of you complaining about lost miles can confirm if it is actual miles or just battery life by noting the in/out log.

My dealer in Ottawa has 2 Level 2 charger and yet my car was only 70% charged when I picked up the car. It was still charging when I was doing the paperwork.

One thing nice about my dealer is they are only 1.5km away from my home and there is a Costco about 1km from the dealer so I can always stop at the dealer and plug it in and then go to Costco to get some free food and come back in an hour or so to a full charge.

I figure they cost me $1000 (since the provincial government cancelled the $1000 Level 2 charger rebate due to delay getting my car), I will charge as much as I can at the dealership

Team Honda in Milton told me they have a charger, not sure if L1 or L2, and my car was fully charged when I picked it up. My L1 charger was still sealed in the original packaging in the trunk, so it was not used to charge. (Nor was it tested on PDI, but I charged once with it and it did work.)

I bought the first one in Feb in my city. Charger still sealed in plastic. 4 bars of charge showing. No plugs installed.

Not sure my dealer even knew it was an electric car. LOL

Looks like Canadian Honda dealers had to install 2 L2 chargers onsite as part of being an "Authorized Clarity Dealer". See Honda News Release.

I've been browsing Plugshare around my area and beyond and lots of non-Honda dealers have chargers. Nissan, Ford, Chevy ... never ever a Honda dealer.

I've had my windshield replaced, too. Re-calibrating the Honda Sensing functions (mainly lane-keep assist) required the tech to drive it on the freeway for 20 minutes at specified speeds. If the speeds weren't maintained, he had to start the process again. This used several EV miles to complete. Also, getting up to speed fast may have started the ICE.
