I thought it could be fun to see who is putting the most (and least) miles on their Clarity's. Post in the comments how many miles are on your Clarity and when you bought it. Personally I'm trying to keep my miles down by getting rentals as often as I can when traveling out of town for work (fairly often). Despite this strategy I'm still racking up quite a few! Purchased Dec 2017. Miles as of 6/18/18: about 10 miles shy of 10,000 Miles per Month about 1,666 The big one for us is our son's school is 25 miles round trip. We car pool with another family so we only have to make that trip once per day. If we didn't car pool we'd drive 11,000 miles per year just dropping him off and picking him up at school.
Purchased 12/2017 Miles: 11,913 as of this post Gallons of Gas: 121 KWh: 2857 Miles per month ~2000 Rough estimate of fuel cost: $2.65 * 121 + 2857 * 0.11 = $635 Cost per mile: $635/11,913 miles = $0.0533 Estimated gas miles 121 * 35 = 4,235 Estimated MPGe: 91 (includes bitter cold winter, much higher lately) Van would have used approx 662 gallons for same mileage, Clarity for the win saving 541 gallons over the same 6 month period.
Purchased: December 2017 Miles: 2,613 Average Miles: 217 My commute to work is only 22 miles roundtrip, and I take turns driving with my coworker! I also don't take long trips with my car. I also took a 2.5 week vacation out of the country last month so my car sat in the garage during those times.
Purchased Feb 19, 2018 with 50 miles Miles 2,472 as of June 19, 2018 So 628 average miles per month over 4 months. Have only taken I trip at end of Feb of about 140 miles using 2 gal of gas and I full charge. Installed hour meter said ICE had been on 2 hours on trip and 12 min for System Check/no regen w full charge thing up to now. So I’ve basically gone almost 4 months and 2,282 miles without using any gas.

Purchased: 12/04/17 Mileage: 7131 My daily commute is very short - 15 miles round trip (with side trips). Most of the miles have come from long range HV drive - already had am A01 oil change and tire rotation. For us, it is still a dream car - even my wife who is an Odyssey pilot likes the smaller but roomy Clarity.
Purchased 12/30/17 with 225 miles on it. (Delivery from other dealer.) Mileage (6/19/18) 2100. I have not purchased gas since Feb. 2018, and my HV range has stated 545 miles since then.

Ugh. I hate this thread as my credibility will suffer due to the few miles we've driven our Clarity. Purchased in early December with 2 miles. Mileage 1,267 181 per month No gas yet (big surprise, eh?)
Has the engine run for maintenance? I thought I saw someone saying it had. Assume you just haven't filled the tank?
Purchased 4/7/18 as commuter car, especially because we have free charging at work (45 miles away from home). In nine weeks I have 5,308 miles. I’m averaging 153 MPGe; would have been higher but trips to Lake Tahoe and Reno took some gas. No problem tackling the Sierra Nevada mountains, though! Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
Yes, we have yet to fill the tank. I haven't seen any notification accompanying any of my engine activations, which I attribute to excessive ankle flexing (and two winter trips that exceeded our 35-mile cold-weather EV range by a few miles). It's possible a maintenance event happened to my wife (it's her car), but she says she didn't notice any messages, either.
Purchased 5/3 4,778 miles 3,049 miles/month I've got a long commute with a 120v outlet at work. I don't like all the driving, but I feel better knowing that it doesn't cost me too much.
Wow!!! At that rate your bumper to bumper warranty will be gone in just a year. (Of course powertrain, battery and Emissions will last longer)
