I am surprised those cars are just sitting on the lot like that. It looks like even with kbb saying it is their hybrid car of the year, people are still not taking to the car. Personally I like the styling so it doesn't get in the way but I know if it was the same car in the Crosstour, I would have a hard time buying that even with all the great features it has. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I agree on the dealers not charging the batteries and/or not knowing the features. The two local dealers I went to today had the cars at 0 miles EV Of course, the engine fired almost the entire test drive except when we were cruising downhill. Anyway, neither dealer came close to my offer (based on the pricing posted in this forum) which now leaves me to shop at neighboring California The two dealers I have heard of in SoCAL are Freeway Honda and Riverside Honda. Any one know of other SoCal dealers that are willing to deal on a base model ? Redding is a bit far off but if the deal is good.....
You can check Norm Reeves in Cerritos or Irvine. Irvine has a number of base model. Cerritos had almost 100 units at the start of the year, though few base model now. You can also try cars.com or autotrader to look for listings.
Thanks. Yes I was looking at cars.com as well. Any feedback on Norm reeves ? The yelp reviews are not that great
I don't know about them, they just have a large number of cars, I didn't think any dealer really has great reviews. Regardless of dealer, you can try contacting the fleet sales or internet sales person by email. Are you closer to Orange County, LA or San Diego?
