  3. No, but I do notice how huge, plain and ugly the unadorned ones are every time I open a door!

    I have the Hyundai ones.
They’re expensive but look great. Easy to apply and solid stainless steel. This is the first car I’ve ever owned they didn’t come stock with door sill guards lol!

I got my door sills yesterday from ebay.
It took less than 10 days. Mine were shipped out of Toronto Ontario.
Waiting for weather to warm and install them
    They look good.

I’ve got them, supplied and fit for free from Hyundai uk as an apology for a software problem on my Kona, now fixed. There not cheap to buy though.

    Looks great.
    Pretty well same as mine.
Did you use a heating gun, to help with them sticking.?

You bring up a really good point, I had some issues with some of the areas near the bends. I will heat them up tonight. Thanks!

Yeah i tried to keep mine near the edge, so it had less of a bend and used the heating gun, then pressed down for awhile, so it would set.
Anyone else gets them, i highly recommend using a heating gun.

Thanks again for the tip, the backside near the bends lifted overnight so I took a heat gun as suggested.

Hopefully overnight, it stays in place

  20. Thanks Sandwedge. That inspired me to do the same and seeing as it was cold and wet the heating gun seems to have worked to make them stick all along.

  21. They appear to have changed. I had mine installed by the dealer in Feb 2019 before I took delivery. IMG_0077.jpeg
