Kia Access/uvo remote access question for e-niro

I had an issue early on with my Fiat 500e.... of course the support people went through the normal stuff, it's your phone, etc. load and unload app, tell me my top of the line Samsung was defective, full reset of phone, wiping out all apps and account, etc.

I finally managed to prove that the radio was marginal/erratic and had them replace the radio module in the car... perfect for the next 3 years when I turned the lease in.
