    Ode to a spammer

His articles are pure marketing crap, utter spam. He was able to post a recent article about how he likes an old BMW ICE more than Model 3, fine but this is an EV site! It was strangely reminiscent of a video from a couple years back where a respected BMW aficionado picked out what he through was the finest modern BMW and then said to his total surprise the Model 3 was most like that vehicle but actually better. It was a like a score settling or something like that- again market crap. My guess is this stuff merely reflects BMW being pissed about Model 3 rightly displacing its 3 Series. Nadelea's stuff like Ruffos is English as a second language but with even less proofing. In his newest post about a steering wheel that supposedly fell off a new Model 3 he devolves into total marketing crank with "...like established premium brands..." Fools love that dirty word 'premium.' Noticed BMW is apparently lying again about its X series sales and BMW being profitable and not having massive market share losses- how is the media not covering that? BMW as a sponsor/censor pays them not to. I never seen new BMW SUVs in SoCal and noticed BMW just cancelled its top line gas guzzler X for the US market because it can't compete against the Tesla Model X. But I have a feeling BMW must have got nailed for quality again probably on steering wheels falling off because this crap article about a steering wheel falling off reeks just like BMW getting all those injunctions globally for parked BMW's spontaneously combusting and then all this nonsense about Tesla's catching fire erupting in the spam media until statistician Taleb Nassim had to speak up and lol it was BMW with the global problem and massive recalls but also Ford (like in the article) that was getting injunted around the world for fires- because these guy rummage for their premium scam in the generic parts bins of the world and end up with defective air bag inflators etc. This new line of BS seems to coincide with more nonsense from Lutz and an Oil Price article about a Tesla bubble popping and an apparent attempt by Alameda to hold Tesla's head under water in obvious targeting. Noticed in the comments for the Nadelea spam it was just a bunch of total tripe from what seemed to be obvious paid shills including some coming from some guy who does software for BMW. Curious because there was an article on youtube about a recent meeting between BMW and VW execs where both were panicked that they couldn't figure out software and would be reduced to no margin 2nd or 3rd tier suppliers- they are in the position of type writer makers asked to produce an operating system but they don't happen to be IBM. So in this newest very likely fabricated situation for FUD articles any issue was probably manufactured because it would be like a brake peddle snapping (despite the attempt to cover in the Nadelea article by citing other makers with problems with steering columns coming from design.) Notice in this case the guy had it 8 weeks and just noticed it? So the important thing here is that BMW probably just had a steering wheel disconnecting issue (brake peddle snapping strict liability moment) and it is trying to pull its old projecting marketing tricks straight out of the Goebbles press manual- that's been its MO. But Inside EVS shouldn't be taking negative paid aids even for click bait. One of the apparently paid trolls in the comments was trying to run along with the spam motif and attempted to cite the Toyota stuck accelerators issue claiming it was only a floor mat. But that was the FUD, it according to some that look deeper much more likely a software issue but the damn NDA settlement sealed it. Turns out these legacy supplier's vehicles have had millions of lines of code for more than a decade but they are themselves still incompetent with software- think BMW I drive. They've had a long time to develop the competency but have resisted like the ICE relics they are. It is worse than Nokia vs Apple its would be like monitor maker Viewsonic trying to compete with its own iPad competitor out of the blue at the launch of the 4th generation iPad- they have to master not only ev tech but autonomy tech while swimming against the weight of the mill stone of lead weight ICE. But you will see these ICE laggards trying to tie up state funding that should be for green energy by complaining they need more state funding not because they suck (they were done before CV- they imploded with fossil fuels) but because of the super convenient and conspicuous ink cloud of CV- like the ridiculous claims that BMW was profitable right up until CV- BMW obviously hasn't been for years now unless profitability coincides with actual massive market share declines- could be wrong but it seem unlikely. BMW has surely been a problem since BMW holding classes for its employees taking a page out of Walmarts book where it had big a blow up photos of the rival CEO. BMW's problem isn't Tesla or Musk it is BMW and the solution is simple if it wants help from serious people it has to ditch all its ICE going forward starting tomorrow, no more hybrid BS no one spends more for that kind of mangling. Retire all the old ICE people at 100% or 150%. Tesla has moved now to becoming a direct energy supplier and with Terra factories. It is so sad that Tesla will now do it on its own, its the damn obvious right thing to do. VW seems to get it, but BMW... so pig headed wasting money on this marketing spammer etc. I told ya so on the last BMW CEO getting tossed, is this guy who is identical going to get saved by CV? Why? Green is a quadrillion times more important than CV- CV is a paper cut, not even a warm up- relative to Green which is trying to free humanity from a burning house.

  3. Hmmm, thanks to your post I looked up Andrei Nadelea, an InsideEVs editor, and he has published some interesting and informative articles. Never heard of this car before, but sounds pretty intriguing. I like the looks of it, too, and the interior is certainly nicer and more functional than the Teslas.

Thanks again for the tip. I will look more often in the News section of this site.
