I ordered everything to black out the nose of my SE!

    Hey Guys!
    I just ordered everything I need to black it the nose of my all black Mini SE!

    This was a freaking bear finding the part numbers!

    If you want part numbers, pricing, and where I ordered from, I will post them here.

    I will be uploading a YouTube video when I recieve them.

    So you're dumping the aero-grille? Will your video show the disassembly and installation? My SE went through a complete front-end disassembly after my scoopless MINI Cooper hood was painted and installed to fade the hood paint onto the front fenders.

    Yes. I really don't like the look of that light Gray things sticking out the nose of my otherwise beautiful black car. One guy in the UK did this nose conversion and it looks great! However, he didn't give any of the part numbers that was a pain locating the part number for the lower half of that center grill. Anyway, yes I will do an entire installation video.

    You will have the darkest SE of them all. Too bad you didn't see the post on this thread on another forum that gives the part numbers.

    Funny thing is, I was watching that discussion st the beginning. I apparently I stopped following it before the part numbers were given.

    My parts are due to arrive tomorrow.

    The weather will be gorgeous! Hopefully my wife will not be driving the car. It should be a perfect day to do the conversion.

    Really good looking. I was so going to do that, but the grey aero grille looks right with my moonwalk grey car; I'm torn.

    I agree. Im not against the look of the SE grille. However, it looks strange on a black car.

    I'm sure it's a matter of economics, but MINI should have made a black SE grille for the Midnight Black cars.
