  1. This may have been addressed but I couldn't find it in a search. Hyundai sells a protective film for the grill/hood for the ICE Kona, but states it will not fit on the EV model. I've already started seeing small nicks on the front of my car and would like to put some sort of protection on it. Has anyone has this issue or has anyone found a film that will fit the Kona EV?

I just had 3M film put on the front of the hood, the piece above the grill, part of the fenders and the mirrors. Also had the driver/passenger windows tinted yesterday at the same time. I didn't bother with below the daytime running lights on the front but they can do that too.

Any reputable window tinting shop should be able to do it for you.

I got the entire front end of my car protected with Xpel.
Everything but the DRL's and the grey plastic molding piece that runs along the front. My entire roof and mirrors are wrapped too.
I drive about 160 km per day on the highway and I can have a new car looking like a brilo pad in a year or two. Wanted to protect that from happening!
