Regarding the Android HondaLink app update - that update, to version 3.6.0 was released on 6/7/18. I installed it prior to the occurrence of this current problem, so I believe that is coincidental to the problem we have experienced the last couple of days. It seems that Honda fixed the problem on the server side this morning.

I'm on an iPhone, Version 3.6.0. Although I still got the "scheduled charge unsuccessful" message just after my scheduled charging time, I did get the correct "charging stopped" when it was full (which I did not get it the last couple of days). App has current range, battery, location, and odometer as of when I turned it off this morning.

Lots of reports surfacing that starting the car today will resync the info. I just tried it, and it worked (after I turned off the car).

Got a call from Honda tech support. I deleted the app from my iPhone, then went to App store. Downloaded it from the Cloud. It seems okay now. The one remaining issue which I will test is if the car starts charging if it is plugged in after the start time.

I just got the same issue 2 days ago (Dec 15), nothing worked except odometer reading (after resetting the multimedia unit of the vehicle). Already have the most updated version of Hondalink. I even tried deleting profile from the home screen of the app and re-added using VIN. Same out-of-date information showed in the app. Problems being not be able to see charging state, scheduled climate control won't turn on like it used to. Anyone previously had this issue got this again?

Not updating odometer. Filed a case with Honda.
