I was on a long drive this morning. I had enough battery to make the trip, but not if I were to turn on the heat. With about 70 miles to do, I pull into a charger - mainly planning to get the heat going, but also to boost the battery enough so I could also have the heat going for the rest of the trip. And the charger was busy - at 5:30AM. A Leaf, of all things, and they were only at 30 some odd percent. There was only one charger at this location. I continued on - the next DCFC was 45 miles up the road. By the time I got to that one, I decided to not bother and proceeded on the rest of the way. The GOM was right on the nose - that's the good news, I guess.
