Considering getting a 16 amp charger, anyone have any experience?

Yes, I was wondering about the "quick220" system also. I saw a video on youtube where this person found two 110V plugs in her garage that were out of phase. One was above the garage door opener and the other was on her wall. They had seperate breakers and were 20 amps. She bought the quick220 system and attached simple extension cords from each 110V plug to this system. This produced a low amperage 220V system which she is using to power her Tesla. She claims that it is exactly 3X faster than level 1 charging. It looks real simple to do assuming you have the proper 120V phase situation. The device is cheap and I can't imagine that there's any real danger involved. My only concern is that people have mentioned that the Clarity charging requires a "noise-free" power supply else you can get an error message and charging stops. I'm wondering if this would comply with that?
