Hi all, I wasn't sure where to put this question but here goes, I'm in the UK & I bought a MG ZS EV earlier this year (Very nice car by the way) , As we are not allowed to have the MG iSMART remote app for this car because of data protection laws (They have the phone app in India & Thailand) My question is will other Chinese manufacturers i.e. Tesla, XAIOPENG, NIO, BYD, Roewe, SAIC etc cars be subject to these data protection laws for vehicles imported into Europe?.
