Am I seeing things or does the new Chevy EUV look very much like a Kona? I sure hope they put in a better rear suspension than the torsion beam they have in the Bolt.

According to this website http://gmauthority.com/blog/2019/05/chevrolet-bolt-euv-undercarriage-reveals-bolt-ev-roots/ it will have a rear beam suspension and no AWD (photo of test mule) and probably be based on Bolt's motor & battery. Of course, they might have more room to add a few battery modules to make it 67/64 KWh I'm sure they will aim for >415km EPA...
Ugh, you just made me feels better about getting a Kona. No surprise about the lack of AWD but I can't believe they are still sticking with an inexpensive torsion beam rear suspension in bigger/heavier vehicle. Its not worst deal breaker but for the money they will likely ask they could do better.
