Can a Model 3 be towed behind an RV or motorhome flat?

I understand it can be charged this way but what if you are going cross country? When it hits 100% SOC, does it protect the battery and just roll?

I'm hoping @Tom Moloughney, @Domenick, or Kyle might be able to answer or even demonstrate this.

    Thanks,

Further Google-search suggests using a full trailer. However, my Model 3 could probably be towed backwards with the rear drive wheels on a short trailer. The steering would have to be 'locked' but it looks feasible. In contrast, an AWD Tesla should be on its own trailer. However, an induction motor front wheel could probably be towed backwards.

Permanent motor wheels should probably be 'off the deck' until others test it ... say Rich Rebuilds.

  4. I thinking towing on a trailer would just be the safer way. Towing backward might do a number on your tires unless they're perfectly aligned with the tow vehicle's.
