FYI -- The latest recall notice for Hyundai Kona EV battery replacement says:

"If you believe that the dealer or Hyundai has failed or is unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time, you may submit a complaint to the Administrator, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 1200 New Jersey Avenue S.E., Washington D.C. 20590, or call the toll-free Vehicle Safety Hot Line at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY: 1-800-424-9153), or go to https://www.safercar.gov."

  3. I just got my battery replacement done this past Thurs. I was hoping it would take longer as when it happens it effectively sets your odometer back to zero. I have no complaints with Hyundai and my dealer, as I had good communication and they handled my recalls and battery replacement very well.
