FYI, that's the title of a recent article by Peter Fairley in the February 2020 Scientific American issue. (https://www.scientificamerican.com/magazine/sa/2020/02-01/) Not much about vehicles, but interesting as to hydrogen as an overall energy source (as advocated in Japan and Europe, for example).
