By "plugin cable" do you mean the EVSE charger or an extension cable? For 220v charger, I use Chargepoint (expensive), others have great luck with Juice Box. There are some 16A L2 chargers for around $200 (full charge probably abot 5 hours). Note: 32Amp is the max the Calrity can use (6.6kw) so the 40Amp chagers are the fastest. As @KentuckyKen did, I just got a "open box" Chargepoint on Amazon for 454 CAD. It comes almost brand new which the charger and cord are still in plastic wrap. What an amazing deal. It took me about 45 mins for installation and it works flawlessly for the first charge ( about 1 hour for my Clarity from 50% battery to full). The Chargepoint app is very useful too. So I recommend the Chargepoint, especially you could find a good price "open box" one.
