I've had my ID.4 for a month now and really like the physical car for the many reasons already covered by other posters. Less fond of the occasionally laggy and unpredictable user interface but what really drives me BONKERS is that you can't exit the vehicle and leave it on. Getting out to retrieve an object involves the car shutting down. Then when you restart you have to reset the seat and steering wheel heaters as you can't just pick up where you left off. And this morning I unexpectedly found the windshield heavily frosted and iced over when I went to leave. My usual practice would be to leave the defroster running while scraping down the glass. This was not possible. AND it would be nice to have the vehicle lock when you walk away. Don't get me wrong. On the whole I'm really pleased with this vehicle so far and have no buyer's regrets. These annoyances are like that tiny piece of rock that somehow found it's way into your shoe. So tiny and so irritating.
