Just did my first trans fluid change at 64K, and only have a ramp for the job. I measured the fluid removed, there was only 1750 ml. But per Honda spec, should be 2110 ml for a fluid change, the difference is 360 ml, which is significant... it could have been low to start with, or normal loss over time, don't find any leak before and after the change. So far I just replaced the amount that is removed, can't guarantee it's at the proper level (didn't try to check the overfill plug, as mentioned, only have a ramp, surface floor is not even as well ), but feel safe to do so.
By ramp, I assume you mean under the front wheels? If the car's not level, perhaps it didn't fully drain...
I changed the transmission fluid 47k I removed ~2.2 (~2100 ml) qts of transmission fluid and replaced with 2.2 qts of Honda OEM. Car was level on 4 blocks... @JustAnotherPoorDriver response is logical. Good luck
