"First off, don’t panic, or sell your Land Rover (a low scorer) for fear someone else might think you’re a chowderhead." Well, I drive both a mini Cooper SE and a land Rover defender. I suppose I am an intellectual jackyl and Hyde? What a silly nonsensical study/survey...
I started a thread about MINI Cooper SE's with personalized plates (making me more status-conscious than just a personalized number-plate owner). I smile every time I think about your "SBD" plate and this MINI Cooper plate (unfortunately not on an SE): "BMW ISH"
The CBSA officer at the booth on my return the other day cracked a smile when he read out my dirty plate and asked if it’s correct, and of course I had to explain it because I knew he already understood but wanted confirmation. “You know, like when we were kids, silent-but-deadly?” He started to laugh out loud, and then when I said, “I think it’s hilarious, but my wife thinks I’m an idiot,” we both started cackling and snickering for a good 30 seconds.
Interesting. More interesting is that the average IQ for the UK is 99.12. That tells me that British car drivers are dumber than the average person for the UK. It should be telling me not to trust studies like this... Me, I drive a green Mini. So am I a clever idiot, or a dumb genius?
