    My son and I were over at the local Ford dealer to view some F150 Lightnings they had in stock. They actually had 7 there ready for the taking. BUT crazy expensive for what you get. Cheapest was $102K CAD, and it was the small battery version. I was not impressed. Only 8.4" clearance. My Subaru has more than that. They are gong to be in real trouble once that Silverado EV launches.

    And their lot was bursting with inventory, incl 2 Mach-e's that also were still for sale despite the recent price cut. Pretty well every other brand dealer has lots of empty space on their lot, can't get enough inventory. And I am talking ICE cars, not just EVs.

    I think Ford is heading to join Stellantis, where the other auto brand losers have gone.

    I see the markup over MSRP is starting to disappear for the Mach-e in the Seattle area. For the most part, the Lightnings are still going for over MSRP.
