Hi, Anyone knows which temperature the car heats to, when one starts climatization via App? Also, is there any setting in the App, to define the temperature setting for activating climatization via App? Thanks!!!
Assuming it's the same as BMW (it's basically the same app), it's 72F that it climatizes the interior temp to. There is no way to change this temp unfortunately (wish there was, 72 is toasty for my hot-natured self!).
One trick I use is to set departure time to 10 minutes later than actual, so that pre-conditioning runs only few minutes. For me 3 to 4 minutes of pre-conditioning is enough since car stays in the garage.
OK, I see, then I will make a Feature Request on the App, and hope that if a lot of people make the same request, BMW/MIN will actually allows the user to set the temperature via the App (not very confident on such!!!).
I sent the same request last May after I picked up my Mini... still waiting and hoping But like you say, if enough of us request it, we might be in with a chance.
