Same here: Tesla asked for photos of the odometer and views of the car from the outside from 4 angles (all corners). You upload the photos and get an offer. We originally planned for a Chevy Bolt and were low-balled by Chevrolet (for our Prius). Tesla's offer (no questions asked) was 3000 higher without any negotiations.
