    I do like the actual analog needle. My only complaint in that entire display is what @insightman said. The battery meter is such a waste with 8 LEDs rather than 10. It can be too misleading for me on longer trips. So I end up having to keep my switchable display at the bottom on actual battery % rather than another stat like the odometer.

    Yeah, who measures battery percentage in increments of 12.5?

    It's one of the subtle reminders that the SE is just an ICE conversion... 1/8ths of a tank make sense for people used to inches but definitely doesn't translate to percentages

    The manual says the Mini can not be towed.

    Well obviously Mini is going to recommend against it, because they don't want you to blow up your car.

    It looks like other people have had this idea and tested it out on a Tesla. I also saw a post from someone who races EVs that said it's fairly common, but who knows if that's true or not.

    MINI says that about the ICE models as well.

    Here's a Tesla Model 3 being towed at freeway speeds.
