Hello all, I just got a Clarify base 2020 few days ago. Tried to connect my phone and Hondalink app. Followed instruction, paired my phone. After sending authorization code, i saw a message/mail pop up on the car screen but when I clicked on Hondalink, the screen is blank, i can't get access to the mailbox to get the code. I saw the yellow mail icon on the top bar, slided down, clicked on it, and blank screen again showed up. Tried to play around, went to seating and enable hondalink in info, reboot but nothing works. If anyone know how to solve this, please help. Thank you so much.
