I dont have tools to cut it open cleanly. But when I apply voltage it does spin, however one direction is louder than the other. I think it 'works' but is not as reliable. In practice it sometimes fails to lock or unlock, but not always. Probably an issue with resistance or something like that...

Yup front left wheel bearing, was $600 + tax to replace. Diagnostics fee waived.

Dropped it off at Honda this morning, the tech drove in the car and said he heard it too, his first guess was also wheel bearing. Its like $200 for diagnostic, but he said he will put it up on a lift and listen to each wheel individually. Ill update how it goes.

Just curious if anyone has replaced the engine coolant for Calrity PHEV, at what mileage and car age? How much did it cost? I have yet to get a maintenance minder for engine coolant, but its got to be coming up soon.

Normally when you close all doors the car beeps once, then when you either walk away, or press the button on the handle, or press the FOB close button the car will beep 1 more time and lock. Recently (2019 Clarity) the second beep has been intermittent, sometimes its there, sometimes its not...
