  3. I am not sure if it just a fad, or because I own one now, but I see a lot more red cars on the road now. Before seems like almost every car was white, silver or grey (although still lots of these).

Jamas seems to have gone MIA, but I would really like to know what the colour of his car in post #4 is.
    Galactic Gray or Lake Silver?
    Anybody?

  5. Not sure , pictures are hard to tell. But it does look nice:cool:

I believe that it is Sonic Silver..Lake Silver is not available in the US. US colors are chalk white, Sonic Silver, Galactic Gray, Pulse Red, Ceramic Blue and Ultra Black.

    Thanks.
I'll presume they just changed the name and that's the same as Lake Silver up here. I mean, they wouldn't actually have different colours ... Nah.
Canadian Black is called Phantom Black, other names are the same.
It is a nice silver when polished up. Sort of pewter.
And I like the contrast with the darker grey plastic around the wheels.
    It's also a no-charge extra.:)

James, that is the Sonic Silver, isn't it? Looks like mine (California), looks silver in some lighting angles, a light blue from other angles.

US car, Ultimate, looks like my Sonic Silver. Either silver or light blue depending on sunlight and angle.

It looks like my supposed Lake Silver in the photo. It’s a baffling colour, sometimes appears more gray than anything else. But the Galactic Gray clearly lacks the bluish sheen.

I like the name Lake Silver better than Sonic Silver. Either way, it is a glittering metal flake, looks great newly waxed in the sun.

I personally love the Galactic Gray with the white roof.. That color looks somewhere between gray to pewter depending on light condition. Looks really sharp with the white roof IMO..

  17. Sorry, I was on vacation :) It's Sonic Silver.

  18. Yep. I checked out all the colors and that was my favorite. I almost missed out on it until the dealer pointed it out to me.

I do like all the colors that are available but I'd still stay away from black, mostly because it needs most care and is too hot for Florida.. I had my share of black cars and getting in the car after it has been sitting in the sun is painful..

I especially like the way Ceramic Blue with white roof looks at night..

You noticed!! I got all the cladding wrapped it tends to fade after a while

  23. For those without the wrapped cladding; This product helps to eliminate fading (slow the process down) if used when new:

It also is a good product to use on the front radar cover as moisture runs off freely (help prevent false/sluggish radar detection)
