Can Tesla Model 3 take the top spot in January and hold the lead all year long?

    I don’t think so for this month. I’m guessing the Bolt leads in January.

    But by March, the Model 3 will have a healthy lead. And it will maintain that lead all year.

    1875 Model 3s is low but will still beat the rest in January...

    Yeah, Bolt sales were way lower than I expected! Model 3 sales were exactly where I expected. So good for Tesla! :) In that case the Model 3 will probably lead for all 12 months of this year!

    1875 is the all time high for January but I wanted over 2500...

    no because this model has more extreme features which cant even be compared with1875 model

    Yeah, this is a good news/bad news situation for a Tesla fan like me.

    The good news: The Tesla Model 3 is #1 in sales of PEVs in the U.S. for any January, ever.

    The bad news: Sales were only ~1875 for the month, which is below what we want to see if Tesla is going to achieve sales of 100,000+ TM3's this year.

  10. Keep in mind that 1,875 is a calculated estimation, I'm hoping for a lot more.
    Of course, I'm a naive optimist, so don't set your watch by me. :D
