$30,450 is what I got it for in Socal. This + taxes. I shopped and went back and forth exhaustively.

One tip that I didn't think to do: perhaps negotiate an oil change with tire rotation or 2.

It seems like others got this as well as some different floor matts.

And for the love of God , print out all of the current Honda Service Bulletins; and DEMAND that your dealer install them.

Don't take "it's not necessary " Or "it's already been done" as an answer without making 100% sure. I'd ask to see the work order on the updates, if I were you.

Trying to save you guys a large hassle!!!!

I just wanted to chime in as everyone's input was greatly appreciated in the purchase of my Clarity Base yesterday. Picking up the car today as they needed to PDI the vehicle still yesterday so it's essentially in mint condition :)!!!

I was able to get it for $30,200 +taxes in SoCal after an exhaustive search and reaching out to 29 different internet departments.

For some reason I tried to hit the $30k mark because of what I saw a few got in Santa Monica. When I contacted them they said they could only do $30,500 so maybe I just talked to the wrong people or something. Anyways I was lucky enough to find my neighborhood dealership offering the lowest price I could find.

    Congratulations!!
The contact person @ Honda of Santa Monica is Billy Kim he is a sales manager. Not sure when he will stop the $30k Base & $33k Touring but if Billy doesn't do it please post in here, so we know it's done.

    Thanks!
I didn't speak to Billy but instead the Internet Salesman Sean. He spoke to his managers and they said they can no longer do the $30k price and offered the $30,500 instead. I mentioned that I knew they were selling them for the $30k price tag and he sounded like they were aware but just stated they were no longer offering that price. This was just my experience with them. Maybe speaking with Billy Kim would have yielded different result.

Looks like Honda of Santa Monica doesn't have anymore Touring models according to their website :(

No, I wasn't aware of them until your earlier comments. Thank you for the heads up!!
I'll check the VIN when I get it home as I don't mind taking it back to the dealership since it's only 15 minutes away. I service my other Honda there and their service department is top notch so I don't think they'll have any problems performing the service bulletins.

Won't be under the vin as it's not a recall. Trust me- get them installed!!!

Don't know what happened to you. I called Bill, he did not even hesitate for a single second before accepting the price I mentioned.

The service bulletins skipped my mind too at time of purchase.
    I found 2 of them 18-097 & 18-079..........what are the other ones?

I guess I just talked to the wrong people. Still happy to pay the extra $200 and not have to drive an hour away though.

    Researching as we speak too!
I think the 18-069 was another but not sure if they are already patched into the newer vehicle.

I think you made Santa Monica Honda a lot of money lol. Just spoke with Billy and it seems like they sold all the Clarity's yesterday. Nothing else in stock.

I hope so....they deserve it, this was a true no hassle purchase and the best SoCal price on a Base without any trouble........just like others I exhaustively searched and reached out to so many different internet departments in SoCal and they were like "No way you are getting prices that low & the dealer will hit you with extras and not honor the price etc" or I they were trying the bait n switch routine, which I wasn't falling for.

Same. Effectively 23k for a Touring(after taxes and rebates), in MA.
Better efficiency, power, features and cost over a base Accord

    34000 vehicle.

  21. The 110v charger is standard equipment.

It’s possible the dealer was using it and forgot to put it back.

  22. It's not a jump starter--it's a tire pump/goop dispenser (flat fixer).

The charge cable is supposed to be tested as part of the PDI, so they might have forgotten to put it back. The charger might also be in the under-trunk compartment, but [at least in my case] it had been removed and the dealer had to order one for me.

Thank you, I just did not bother opening the bag for a look, I thought it was a jump starter, a little embarrassed though.
I called the sales manager and he told me they could ship one to me overnight, I said no need, just make sure to send it to me is enough.
